I am having some issues regarding stability on PS4. It is crashing and failing to load some files. I am not reporting on this as I have not yet fully studied how/when files are determined to be transcoded etc. but I am not having these issues on my Android app or in the browser.
One issue I was able to pinpoint was while trying to stream a season of a show. I hit the play button such that episodes will play consecutively, and it will play a complete episode without issue but then fail to load the next. I am attaching the output of the media server log, and the XML info for the file.
It is worth noting that I can close the app, open it back up and play it. If I try fast forwarding, or skip ahead in any way it would crash... so there's that too.. I'm just a little confused because the media file isn't particularly large and/or high-def.
Anyway... any help is greatly appreciated!
