PS4 unable to connect to server but Smart TV works

Hi
I used to be able to connect to Plex with my PS4. However, since a few months I get the error message "unable to connect to server", while Plex on the Smart TV on same network works just fine.
Does someone have a clue why?
I run PMS on Windows 10 laptop.
